About Us Management Dr. Uri Mirsky - CEO: a veteran of the semiconductors packaging industry, formerly director of the microelectronics department of "Rafael"- the Israeli's Armaments Development Authority, and director for semiconductor business development at "Galram" ,the commercial business arm of Rafael. Dr. Mirsky brings with him extensive managerial and business experience, along with deep knowledge of the semiconductors packaging industry and technologies. He holds Ph.D. degree in Material Sciences from the Technion in Haifa, Israel. Mr. Shimon Neftin - CTO: physicist has over 20 years of experience in electrochemistry and microelectronics technologies. His most recent position was head of the microelectronics development department in a major plant of the Russian Aircraft Industry, in BieloRussia. He was in charge of 120 scientists, engineers and technicians. In addition to this capacity, for over 10 years, he was head of a team that developed the basis for the ALOXTM technology. Lev Furer - Chief Engineer: with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of semiconductors process with emphasis on lithography, thin film metal deposition processes and packaging of semiconductors devices. In his previous career Lev managed a group of ~20 engineers in development of thin film processes and products, at a major Russian industry corporation in projects related to optical components and RF components development and production. Advisors: Mr. Levy Cohen - Director: Levy has over 20 years of experience in operations, software development and marketing in high-tech companies. Mr. Cohen is founder and CEO of RightOrder Inc; He has founded and created several successful software companies. Prior to joining RightOrder, an infrastructure software company, he was CEO of Licom, a private company that founded and managed high-tech companies in Israel. Additionally, Levy was president of ISG Israel, part of ISG International Software Group (NASDAQ: SISG) that acquired his company, Hadran. He holds a BA in computer science and economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Dr. Marek Strenheim - Advisor: has over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of microcircuit silicon fabrication and design and management in large organizations. He has spent most his professional career with Intel Corporation, where he reached two top-level positions. For a period of several years was head of Intel silicon Fab in Jerusalem, and during another several years he was head of Intel design center in Haifa. Most recently he held several executive roles within Applied Material, Israel. Dr. Avi Messica - Advisor: served at senior management positions in Israeli Air-Force and with companies like Tower Semiconductors (a pure-play foundry, formerly National Semiconductors) and ShellCase (a semiconductor packaging Company). He was the co-founder and CEO of Memlink and Clareo Photonics. He currently serves as an Executive-in-Residence at Jerusalem Global Ventures, as the chairman of the public management of the start-up branch at the Israeli Export Institute (IEI), as a counseling faculty member at the College of Management and on the advisory board of several start-up companies. Avi holds a PhD in Nano-Technology and solid-state physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, M.Sc. in Applied Optics and B.Sc. in Physics from the Tel-Aviv University, and spent a Post-Doctorate specializing in finance at the Ben-Gurion University. Ronald J. Molnar - North American Representative & advisor to management: Ron is currently President of PackageMate, Inc. providing consultant services in the areas of advanced packaging and assembly technology. Formerly he was Vice President of Engineering at Tiros Corporation, a manufacturer of automated, semiconductor equipment used to assemble flip chip integrated circuits. As VP of Engineering, he co-founded start-up Abpac Inc., a contract IC assembler dedicated to the design and assembly of BGA and CSP semiconductor packages, in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to that, he was VP of Advanced Packaging at Amkor Electronics.
