Licensing MCL ALOXTM Substrate Technology is available for licensing. This enables high volume substrate and packaging manufacturers to enjoy the full benefits of integrating MCL technology into their existing substrate offering set due to the high compatibilty of ALOXTM technology with current laminate substrates technologies. This will provide the licensee with extremely low cost yet high performace substrate production technology. The MCL substrate production process uses standard laminate substrates equipment, and it is therefore a natural extension of the ocnventional laminate production process. Most processes and equipment are standard in the industry including: metal deposition, photolithography, wet processes, planarizing by lapping, dicing, plating, and solder mask application. The process and equipment for anodization of aluminum panels resembles in nature an electroplating line, and will be provided by MCL. MCL licensing program can provide a complete technology transfer in a period of about 9 months, depending on the licensee's infrastructure and skill set. For more information please contact us. |
